BERCO is operating under strict ISO approved guide lines and we must follow these steps to insure proper control of our product and your satisfaction in our products. Some of our guide lines are:

1. We ship on a cash on delivery (COD) basis, or pre payment.
2. All International customers are on a direct deposit or pre pay basis only. No COD.
3. All bearings and turbines purchased are non-returnable.
4. Same products exchanges only. No refunds.
5. All purchases are final.
6. Berco is not responsible if you change your mind.
7. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
8. Returns must be authorized by Berco.
9. Repairs have a four (4) month warranty.
10. Berco is not responsible for shipping charges, to or from the plant on returns or warranties.
11. Slow Speeds purchased have a one (1) year warranty.
12. High Speeds and Scalers purchased have a six (6) month warranty.
13. We warranty our spare parts, we will exchange if manufacturer error.
14. We are not responsible for incorrect assembly if assembled after leaving our plant.
15. Warranties determined by Berco and are not valid if Handpieces are not maintained properly.
16. Warranties or replacements do not apply if item is not paid for or account has open balance.
